    Add the remaining butter and reduce heat to low, stirring frequently to melt the butter.

    Stir in the lemon juice, black pepper, and parsley and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.

    Serving Choices:
    Divide the mixture, using half as a basting sauce during grilling and the remainder as a dipping sauce.

    Easy Grilled Lobster Cajun Sauce Recipe

    Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter


  • 1 teaspoon OLD BAY┬« Seasoning


  • Directions

    For cajun lovers this sauce is perfect for not only grilled lobster tail recipes but any grilled seafood recipe.

    In a small bowl, place the butter and microwave just until softened. Add the Old Bay seasoning and stir until well blended.

    In a blender or food processor add the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, cayenne pepper, white pepper, and garlic powder. Blend thoroughly for at least 15 seconds.

  • 1 cup olive oil


  • 1/4 cup packed fresh basil leaves
