Ingredients (Makes 12)

White Sauce
3/4 cup mayonnaise
13. cup plain white yogurt
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
3 garlic cloves, minced
Fish
1 pound tilapia fish fillets
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
12 small corn tortillas
Recommended Toppings
Shredded Cabbage
Avocado slices
Chopped Cilantro
Lime wedges
Grilling Instructions for Tilapia Fish Tacos
Preheat grill for high heat (500 degrees F).
Meanwhile, in a small bowl mix together the white sauce ingredients. Set it aside in the fridge to chill.
In another small bowl, mix together the spices for your tilapia (salt, oregano, paprika, dry mustard, cayenne, black pepper). Rub spice mixture onto each side
of your tilapia fish fillets.
Wrap corn tortillas loosely in double-sided foil.
Lightly oil grill grate and place fish and tortillas on the grill. Grill everything about 4 minutes per side or until the tilapia is cooked through.
To serve: Place grilled tilapia fish in center of corn tortilla along with preferred amount of our recommended toppings. Finish off with a liberal amount of
our tasty white sauce. Fold and eat!
